Therapy is a healthcare service that diagnoses and treats mental health conditions. Coaching is not therapy, and I do not diagnose, treat, or provide mental health services. Yes. I respect client privacy and maintain confidentiality within the limits of applicable laws and ethical standards. Specific details regarding confidentiality are reviewed during the coaching agreement process.
Sessions are 55 minutes long. I do offer longer sessions up to eight hours as special requests.
